How Does Let Us Take Your Pictures Work?

Let Us Take Your Pictures is fun, easy, and affordable. Here's how it works....

To schedule your Let Us Take Your Pictures photo session, just call or e-mail us to let us know the date, time, address/physical location of event you'd like us to photograph, what type of event you'd like us to photograph, your contact information (telephone number(s) & e-mail address).
After we check our schedule, we'll get in touch with you and confirm whether or not we'll be able to take photos at your event/location. If we're able to make your event, we'll also talk with you to find out more details. We'll chat with you regarding your objectives/wants, how much time you'd like for us to spend at the event, etc.
We'll be at your event at the scheduled time with our high-quality 8 megapixel digital camera -- ready to shoot!
At the end of the scheduled photo shoot session, we'll make a CD with all the images. You'll usually get the CD within a few days. YOU GET TO KEEP ALL THE PICTURES. There's NO extra charge for the pictures.
If you'd like for us to do "touch ups" to the images, we can do that (make the images "web friendly," add decorative frames, get rid of red eye, crop, color corrections, etc.) for an additional charge (see Service Rates below.)
Payment. You can either pre-pay with a credit card before the event or you can pay in cash or check the day of the event.

Let Us Take Your Pictures Service Rates

Let Us Take Your Pictures is a very affordable way to get digital pictures of your party or event.

Rate: $100 for the first hour (one hour minimum); $40 for each additional hour

Touch Ups: $35 for every 50 pictures touched up -- $35 minimum. We will give you all the originals as well as the touched-up photographs. We can take care of red eye, cropping, putting decorative frames around the pictures, color correction, etc.

(Note: Some LetUsTakeYourPictures.com partners may offer additional services for an additional price. If there's something you'd like, just ask. Also, please keep in mind that red eye is common with all cameras. Let us know and we can tell you about a free program to fix red eye with ease!)

What You Get

Let Us Take Your Pictures will send an experienced hobbyist photographer to your event/party. We'll bring our digital camera (8 megapixels) -- ready to take pictures at your big event. We'll take a wide variety of pictures at your event/party. You can feel free to give us direction or instructions (for instance, if you'd like us to take special pictures, capture particular people, etc.)

When we're done taking your photographs, you'll receive a CD with all the images on it (we can often do this onsite, otherwise we'll take the pictures back to our office for CD creation.) You don't pay anything extra for the photos and don't have to worry about any copyright issues like you do with professional photographers, so you can take your pictures wherever you want to get printed.

If you'd like Touch Up work done, let us know. We'll do the touch ups and create a CD with the original pictures AND the touched-up photos.
